1. Where do you ship?

We currently offer Free Shipping across India to most serviceable PIN codes.

At this time, we only ship within India.

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send your tracking details to the email address and/or mobile number provided during checkout.

4. Can I cancel my order?

No.

As all Scarfy products are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been successfully placed.

5. Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or defective.

A return request must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery and must be supported by an uninterrupted unboxing video.

6. How long do refunds take?

Once the returned product has been received and your return request has been approved, your refund will be initiated within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

7. Will the scarf look exactly like the photos?

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.

However, slight colour variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, and device displays.

Minor variations in stitching or print placement may also occur as part of the manufacturing process.

8. What material are Scarfy scarves made from?

Our scarves are made from premium satin fabric, selected for its smooth feel, vibrant print quality, and elegant finish.

Material specifications may be updated from time to time as we continue to improve our products.

9. Can I gift a Scarfy scarf?

Absolutely.

Scarfy scarves make thoughtful gifts for birthdays, festivals, anniversaries, and other special occasions.

10. Do you offer custom-designed scarves?

Yes.

We can create a custom scarf featuring your own artwork, logo, illustration, pattern, or design.

Please note:

  • The material, size, and stitching will remain the standard specifications offered by Scarfy.

  • Your artwork should be of sufficient quality for printing.

  • We reserve the right to decline designs that infringe intellectual property rights or contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.

11. How do I care for my scarf?

To help your scarf stay beautiful for longer, we recommend:

  • Hand wash gently in cold water with a mild detergent.

  • Do not bleach.

  • Do not wring the fabric.

  • Dry in shade.

  • Iron on low heat if required.
